Had an excellent experience. My brother was admitted for a surgery. The doctors, nurses, and all the staff members were highly responsive and attentive. The surgery was carefully planned and executed with precision. Their professionalism and dedication made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care and would highly recommend this medical facility to others. Thank you to the entire team for their outstanding support and expertise.

Good experienced and experts doctor. doctor Mr.Vishnu and Mr. Ajay Pai were very patient in explaining the issue and guiding on overcoming the same. Sisters were very supportfull round the clock and was completely taking care of the patients. Thanks for the complete care taken by the team.

I m RS writing on behalf of my Grand mother Prema who was admitted in B Well from 26Dec23 to 03Jan24 A big thanks to Dr. Vikram for his tireless, dedicated and sincere efforts to bring back my grand mother to life. She was suffering from acute pain and health complications when we landed there. She was very carefully medically diagonised, timely monitored and stage by stage administered with the appropriate medicines that we could see the positive progress over the 9 days of her stay. He was supported by Dr. Gautham & Dr. Vidhya, Dr. Sathya day and night and we greatly thank them I would fail if i forget to thank the heartful care and efforts of nursing staff Mohana priya, Santha priya Baladharshini, Kalpana , Esakkiyammal, Dhanalakshmi, Anbarasu, Haripriya, Princy, Mahamari Dharanya & the physio therapist, The close coordination and smiling service by reception staff Kowsalya , Ambujam, Sivaranjani led by Mdm. Uma who helped us with complete support through the stay. Mr. Arun and Mr. Santhanam from the billing/ accounts team for priority update/closure The Pharmacist for the timely medicines supply and the ambulance service professional for his smiling and quick service. All this perfect coordination and support during the stay got us out of the pain we were going through emotionally. Thank you B Well and keep up the good service always.

Putting this review since the management is particular about reviews and is compelling their staff to get all patients to drop a review failing which they will get pulled up for poor performance. Very good!✅ The doctor (Santhosh Jacob) is quite good and practical about things. The procedure went well. The nurses, attendants, and support staff were decent and helpful. The management though is incompetent, lacks accountability, and avoids taking responsibility. In contrary to their “values” put up in their hospital. Managed to screw up insurance claims, thanks to poor communication, not providing clear details, and lack of transparency. And can’t seem to hold anyone accountable for this. So we shall suffer, thank you very much!👍 Best was an individual in the corp office who signalled to his colleague to refrain from answering or taking questions. Top efforts for washing your hands off it, sir!🫡

Had an excellent experience. Father was admitted for Jaundice and gallbladder stone. Staff members and doctors are very caring to the father. Specially DR. Gautam sir thank you for everything.
